At VLCO STUDIO, we want you to love what you ordered. If something isn't right, we're here to help.

Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 5 days of delivery
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original condition
  • Returns are accepted for damaged, defective, or incorrect items only
  • Since our products are made-to-order, we do not accept returns for change of mind or incorrect size selection

Non-Returnable Items

  • Items that have been worn, washed, or altered
  • Items without original tags

How to Request a Return

  1. Visit our Contact page
  2. Include your order number, product name, reason for return, and photos of the item
  3. We'll respond within 1–2 business days with next steps

Refunds

  • Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable
